Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders placed after noon PST will ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will ship out the following Monday.
  • Note: We process orders on some Saturdays, but they will not ship until Monday.

Possible Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery. However, please note that estimated delivery dates from carriers are subject to delays.

Package Loss

In the event a package is lost, we will coordinate with our logistics provider to confirm its status. Upon confirmation, we will either resend the package or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Unclaimed Package

If a package arrives but remains unclaimed and is automatically returned, we will resend the package based on your choice.

Canceling Orders

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may reach out to our support team to start the return process.

  • Once you return your order, we can process a refund.
  • Please note that you must contact us to begin the process, and we will reply within 24-48 hours.

Lost/Missing Packages

PUREOREGANO is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order at no charge.
  • However, we do not take responsibility for an order once it has been delivered and confirmed by tracking.

Address Changes

For address updates, contact us at support@bypureoregano.com within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If the item is in transit or being processed, the address cannot be changed.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Tracking

For tracking orders, please visit our tracking page and enter either your tracking number or order number and email to check the status of your order.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.

  • If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.
